perfsonar development work

I do apologise for the confusion. I should have written perfSONAR 
developers workshop.

perfSONAR is an open source development project in itself where several 
partners contribute, JRA1 being the biggest contributor so far.

The perfSONAR developers workshop mostly focused on the development of 
joint work with Internet2, ESnet, RNP on the LS, MA, MPs, AA, TopS and 
release management. There is also some input from visualisation 
developers and from users to steer the work.
The perfSONAR developer workshop is open to anybody interested in 
perfSONAR and which can make a contribution to it (either by developing, 
providing requirements and directions based on his/her status or 
experience). The topics are usually quite development oriented.

The JRA1 meeting is more focused on the perfSONAR services we are 
developing and our JRA1 objectives. JRA1 develops perfSONAR services and 
visualisation tools making use of the perfSONAR services.
So far, the JRA1 meeting is restricted to JRA1 partners (and to invited 
non JRA1 perfSONAR participants or users).
