Thanks for being concrete in the explanation, tomorrow I will send an updated

Basically
- dump a database (or parts of it)
- register a client for being informed if a change in the database or
part
of it has been produced
which is what I told in previous mails... so I suposse it is not enough for
you...
other than that, I'm not sure if I can be more specific... maybe I'm assuming
something?.
Any more specific question?
Maybe CNM which is future user of the topology database can be more specific.

yes, somewhat... but because there are no comments in them I think I cannot
interpret
them correctly... it happens more or less the opposite as you, looking at the
xml files
I'm not sure what is the problem it is being solved }:-)
