If you’re attending the 2023 Internet2 Technology Exchange next week in Minneapolis, here are some sessions that may be of interest:
The perfSONAR Power Hour – Wednesday, 9:00-9:50 a.m. on the Advanced Networking track – We’ll cover what’s new in the latest release, some new tools in development, a new, higher-performance version of iperf3 and how perfSONAR was deployed on Internet2’s backbone.
perfSONAR Exhibition Booth – During meals and breaks in the exhibit area – We’ll be at the demonstrating prototypes of new visualization software and some candidates for updating the perfSONAR toolkit’s web interface.
NetCoder BoF – Thursday, 5:00-7:00 p.m. – Location TBA – A potpourri of short talks on topics relating to software development for network applications, one of which will be about custom tooling developed by the perfSONAR team to streamline its development and build processes. The format is drop-in, so if you have a topic of your own, please bring a 5-10 minute talk and we’ll put you in the queue.
