3. Socializing – the agenda contains breaks every 45-minutes. The breakout rooms are open throughout the day so you can use break times to touch base with each other. See the more details below!

BREAKOUT INFO: The most recent version of Zoom allows participants to move freely into/out of/between breakout rooms. Breakouts are open all day (several rooms for social chats) but the formal ‘meet the developers’ topic discussions will begin at 12Noon.

 

To join breakouts, click the 4-square icon at the bottom of your screen to see a list of rooms (and individuals in them); to select a room, hover your cursor over the number on the far right of the room title and click [Join] the room.

 

When leaving breakouts (to rejoin the main room for presentations) be careful to select the [Leave Room] button at the lower right-corner of the screen.  You are offered the option to a) [Leave Meeting] or b) [Leave Room] – if you choose [Leave Meeting], you will need to rejoin with the original connection details above and be re-admitted to the event.
