2023 Network Performing Arts Production Workshop (NPAPW23)

Reminder!   If you are planning to attend NPAPW23 (which we hope you are!), there is only one viable hotel option near the workshop venue.   We are holding a block of rooms with a very reasonable negotiated room rate ($129/night).    This room block closes August 7 – and at that juncture, the hotel will sell out for campus events, and other hotel options are a great distance from the workshop venue.

NPAPW23 will be held 6-8 September, 2023 at the Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music at the University of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.   The event, with a long and rich history, is organized this year by Internet2, GÉANT, the University of Memphis and Program Committee of dedicated colleagues.    

 

What is NPAPW?

The 2023 Network Performing Arts Production Workshop (NPAPW23) is part of an annual workshop series hosted in a rotating city of Europe and the U.S.   It is a single track workshop in which attendees learn about technologies utilizing advanced networks to enable arts instruction and performance, experience master classes and live performances leveraging these technologies, share research exploring efficacy of these technologies, and meet the colleagues and representatives from institutions advancing this realm of work.
