OWAMP 3.0b is now available:

This version fixes a problem in the receiver code - The receiver attempts to 
wait until just past the end of a test before it exits (to ensure that it can 
count all duplicates). The bug was that the computation for determining how long 
it should wait mistakenly was off by unix epoch - used wrong utility function on 
accident - and this time would therefore never be reached. (And the time was 
likely invalid.)

Additionally, I have added a 'History' link to the web-site so it is now easier 
to see what changes took place for specific versions of owamp.
