OWAMP 3.0a is now available:

Most notable about this release:

This is the first version that adheres to the RFC. It now uses an IANA allocated standard port for control communication. (861)

This required lots of crypto code additions as well as some minor restructuring of all of the messages in the protocol.

For those of you that run tests to the Internet2 abilene hosts, I have not yet updated them to use this version. I intend to do that over the next couple of weeks.
