This version enhances the signal handling of processes:

Now, when SIGHUP/SIGTERM is sent to owampd (or powstream) they try to gracefully 
stop the currently running test sessions. When those sessions have gracefully 
completed (including trading StopSession messages that contain information about 
which packets were actually sent) then the processes will exit. To immediately 
terminate the processes send SIGINT.

To gracefully terminate owping simply send SIGINT (Cntrl-C for most terminal 
settings). The 'first' SIGINT will start graceful termination - if a second 
SIGINT is received will immediately terminate. This allows owping to return 
partial results in a similar fashion to the way 'ping' is terminated.

Additionally, there were documentation updates:
        Version compatibility is documented in the index.html file (and the 
web-site)
        owup.man page was added

P.S. Look for a new version of owamp later this summer to support the upcoming 
RFC version of the specification - complete with an IANA specified port number. :)
