I have released a new version of the owamp implementation.

This version is mostly bug fixes. Some of the more notable changes are:

* Encryption now works
* Added the ability to use a 'passphrase' as a way to specify the AES key.
* It is possible to specify port ranges to use for tests. (-P option for
owping
(client side), "testports" option for owampd (server side). This makes it
possible for administrators to select a port range, and then open that range
up
in firewall configurations.
* Lots more documentation.
