Hi Tom

The OWAMP mesh has started reporting 100% loss between IN GigaPOP and
Max.

We do have dataplane connectivity

 ~]$ ping -I 10.93.1.1 10.90.1.100

64 bytes from 10.90.1.100: icmp_seq=1 ttl=62 time=18.2 ms
64 bytes from 10.90.1.100: icmp_seq=2 ttl=62 time=18.2 ms
64 bytes from 10.90.1.100: icmp_seq=3 ttl=62 time=18.1 ms

but it doesn't appear we can request data from the max side.  Here is
what owping tells us
