2012 Workshop on Performing Arts Production Over Advanced Networks

Dear workshop attendee --   Internet2 and New World Symphony colleagues are delighted to welcome you in advance to our upcoming workshop:  Performing Arts Production over Advanced Networks.  We have a great roster of presenters and guests this year, and look forward to the unique opportunity to be together to explore our interests.

Registration will begin at Noon on Sunday, March 4, and is located at New World Symphony's New World Center at 500 17th Street, Miami Beach, FL 33139.  If you are staying at the Albion Hotel, it is just a few blocks walk and hotel staff can easily direct you.    

If you would like to take advantage of the hands-on DVTS and ConferenceXP portion of the workshop, we are staffed to assist you in setting up your own laptop with this technology.   The following is a list of items to bring:
.  Windows laptop or Mac laptop with Boot Camp  
.  headphones or earbuds that you can plug into your laptop 

.  USB webcam
