Added a private peering with FB in Dallas (10G), Google 20 to 40G, Dallas
Chicago, Google from 40-60G, gonna ask to 80G.Plans to upgrades in
Ashburn and LA area
will be able to get into DCIX in NYC will become operational mid January
Seattle, public from 10 to 20GBackbone connection capacity issues at
Palo Alto to LA
3. Network Weather Update - Alerts about know upcoming events
Traffic dropping off due school off schedule
4. RPKI update
Not much of an update. Official announcement at the beginning of the
year (mid January)
5. R&E Community Routing Security Practices survey
Material posted within the Security WG. Open for comment. Starting with
protecting
port 179/tcp. Materials will end up somewhere within the I2 site
6. Vice Chair?
We are actively looking for a vice-chair for the group.
7. Purpose of the WG?
We would like to work on revising the mission of the group. Waiting for
a vice-chair to start.
