Regarding item #3:
Attached are some data points to support dialog during meeting. Largely
related to discussion earlier this year about Connector AL2S <> TR-CPS
Exchange point site connections.

Of those slated for activity over the summer two of the 4 link
additions are in-place. Those being in Seattle and Los Angeles with active
demand being mapped onto the links. One in New York has been under
deployment. And the additional link from Dallas toward Houston received
approval a short while ago and is now under active effort to complete.

In addition to those mentioned above; a prudent approach for an additional
20Gbps capacity in the Washington DC area has been identified and is pending
review/approval.

Those are reflected in the attached spreadsheet with usage data for those
cities.
