Looking forward to discussing in-person, though a few points/URLs with  
background may be of interest:

The constraints on capacity discussed in past months are starting to  
receive transport resources that were projected for Fall 2011.  Given  
that they aren't yet in-place TR-CPS service has had elevated risk of  
service impact from failures or other sizable shifts in demand.   
Toward addressing that 5 of those 9 pending links are expected to be  
in-place in December, with others to see activity in January.

This URL links to the loaded links facing TR-CPS exchange point  
routers in Washington, DC and Chicago.  Two additional 10GE links in  
each city are slated for installation; no action will be needed by  
connectors as this capacity is brought online and usage shifted to it  
during maintenance windows.

A southern cross-county link is pending as our Internet2 engineers  
continue to work toward that.  As well additional capacity in the NY- 
Chicago-Virginia triangle is slated to be brought online.
