Attached are some materials CENIC provided relating to the CPS/TR
discussion on tomorrow's call.

Page 1:  A note from Dave Reese giving a high-level overview of the
transition planning that is underway for the CPS/TR consolidation.

Page 2: Proposed CPS/TR Architecture diagram that has been shared in
the past.

Pages 3-4:  A proposal for expanding the exchange of routes between
the CPS and TR networks.
