Hi,
Please see below for an announcement of third annual pair of workshops, one focused on Network Automation and one focused on Cloud Networking. See the information below for more details and a link to register. If the response warrants it, attendees will be chosen with an aim for a diverse and representative crowd. Thanks.
Linda

Greetings,

Over the past two years, the University of Michigan has partnered with Internet2 and the University of Minnesota to host a pair of back-to-back workshops focused on Network Automation and Cloud Networking. The first, in June, 2018 was held in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The second, in May, 2019, was held in Minneapolis.

This year, the Cloud Forum, Indiana University, Internet2, and the University of Michigan are pleased to announce the third pair of these workshops, to be hosted by Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana from May 27 to 29, 2020. This year’s workshops will be focused on Network Automation and Cloud Networking & Security.

Registration, travel details, and the draft agendas can be found at https://sites.google.com/iu.edu/2020network-cloud-sec-workshop/.

Interest in one or both workshops is welcome. We are hoping for 40-60 people in total for each day, but not necessarily the same folks for both workshops. If there's sufficient interest, we'll pick attendees with an aim for a diverse and representative crowd.

The outcome of each workshop will be a short report on alternatives, best practices, or recommended community approaches to be shared back with the community at Internet2 Tech-Ex for discussion.

There won't be a registration fee. Indiana University, with support from the Global NOC and REN-ISAC, will cover the venue, breakfast, lunches, and snacks, leaving participants responsible for travel, lodging and dinner.

We look forward to seeing you in Bloomington!

Alok, Bob, Eric, Grover, Jon-Paul, Karl, and Kris
