I hope you are safe and healthy. We are fine, luckily.

 

Last weekend, one person from a music & performing arts school asked me about tools to teach music from home (we are still confined here). As I had recently attended a wonderful workshop :), I remembered Justin’s presentation and I mentioned the 4 you recommended, Justin, and sent the link to our workshop presentations and recordings. She took a look at them and said she thinks Doozoo can work well for their needs (I also thought it was the best option for them, with some video-tutorials that I sent her, I may have pushed a little bit, but I tried to make things easier, as I saw she had no technical experience).

 

She is concerned about the fact it’s not in Spanish (this is a huge problem in Spain, many people only speak Spanish...) and she asked me if the technical support was good, as it was not cheap when the number of users increased. Do you have any experiences on their technical assistance or support in other languages? Any feedback?
