On 15 September (2:00-3:00 ET), ARIN will be hosting a webinar exclusively for Internet2 participants that will describe how to request an IPv4 allocation directly from ARIN as part of the upcoming September IPv4 Waiting List distribution. The webinar will cover how the IPv4 Waiting List works, how to submit a request, and what you can expect once you're added. The webinar will also describe the basics of other valuable services ARIN can provide, such as assistance with obtaining an ASN, deploying IPv6, and using routing security services like ARIN's new web-based Internet Routing Registry (IRR). Explanations of the ARIN policy development process, and the benefits of participation to you and your organization will be provided. This informal session will allow attendees to ask questions, submit requests, and/or schedule follow-up appointments with ARIN staff to provide one-on-one assistance. ARIN is looking forward to helping you!
