Will a recording of this be available after the fact? I'm interested but have a conflict.

Thanks,

I've been asked to extend this invitation to you all.  All panelists are members of our SIG, and I'm sure they'd love for you to register and attend.  It sounds like it'll be a really interesting discussion!

Colleagues,

We wanted to be sure you are aware of an upcoming talk in the “Community Voices Series,” scheduled from 1-2pm ET on June 3:  “The Important Role for R&E in Internet Governance and Technology Policy” –  (link goes to blog post) coordinated by Andrew Gallo (GWU), Anita Nikolich (University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana), and Mark Johnson (UNC-Chapel Hill)which was originally part of the 2020 Global Summit program and features four panelists:

·         Sarah Bleau (Broadband Program Specialist, BroadbandUSA, National Telecommunications and Information Administration)

·         Steve Corbato (Executive Director, Link Oregon)

·         Jack Seuss (Vice President of Information Technology and CIO, University of Maryland, Baltimore County)

·         Greg Jackson (former Vice President for Policy, EDUCAUSE)

We would encourage you to join us if you are available (REGISTER HERE). Please let me know if you have any questions. As always, the event will be recorded and made available to the community.
