Greetings,

Internet2 and IU plan to conduct a webinar and follow-up workshop to walk 
through the process of creating RPKI ROAs. The webinar would be a brief 
introduction to ROAs, and a more meaty description of the prerequisites to 
creating ROAs. Those prerequisites include a relatively current (L)RSA with 
ARIN, as well as the ability to sign ARIN's "RPKI TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT" 
(found here: https://www.arin.net/resources/manage/rpki/tos.pdf).

The follow-up workshop will be creating the ROAs. I envision us walking 
through the screens together until each participant has successfully created 
at least one 

We'd like to know who would likely attend, as well as who would can't attend 
due to the two requirements agreements.
