I submitted our application 2/11/19.   I didn't hear anything so just reached 
out again last week.   They processed it right away... set they had some 
"glitch" in processing the applications.   I'd reach out to them again.

For those of you who have joined MANRS, how long does it typically take to 
hear back one way or the other?  It's been over a week since I submitted the 
application for 3ROX.  I have no idea what that means.
