Jacob Farmer just sent an update to the duo-users list where he updated the group with: “Duo made an update to their privacy policy language late last week to remove 

this "under 18" language. You may wish to review it and see if it resolves your concerns.”

I received the following from our IAM manager:

 

Yes, on the Duo list it came up. The I2 Duo Advisory group was going to meet with them about it.

 

So you may want to follow-up with the I2 Duo Advisory group.

Husband is our security architect, and noticed Duo had updated their privacy policy. https://duo.com/legal/privacy-notice-services

He thinks the section for Children's Information is new, specifically the part about prohibiting users under 18.  I know my school has freshmen and other students who aren't yet 18, so other schools undoubtedly do too.  Does Internet2's relationship with Duo permit users under 18?
