Hi Christoph;
I am going to CC the 'performance-node-users' on the reply, in the future you may consider joining this list (https://lists.internet2.edu/sympa/info/performance-node-users) for specific questions about the pS Performance Toolkit instead of NDT.

Hello,
I'm runing the pS Performance Toolkit 3.2rc1 CentOS Version.
The latest release is 3.2, you might want to consider upgrading since the older releases are unsupported and contain many vulnerabilities and bugs.
So far so good everything is working fine.
My only problem seems to be SSHd not starting at boot-time.
I have allready tried activating SSHd via "chkconfig --level 3 sshd on" and afterwards it is
activated in RL3. But after a reboot the daemon remains deactivated. "chkconfig --list sshd"
shows "off" in all runlevels. Manual starting works fine...
Did I miss something, or is there something in this image, which deactivates
the SSHd?
SSH must be enabled via the web configuration (and is turned off by default). Using the chkconfig tools will not survive reboots. There are instructions here:
