Hi Galuschka;

Locate your Tcpbw100.jar file (it will be wherever the final NDT 
software was installed).  See if there are properties files included:

> [root@lab234
>  ndt]# jar -tf Tcpbw100.jar | grep Tcpbw100_msg
> Tcpbw100_msgs_ca_ES.properties
> Tcpbw100_msgs_en_US.properties
> Tcpbw100_msgs_fr_FR.properties
> Tcpbw100_msgs_nb_NO.properties
> Tcpbw100_msgs_nl_NL.properties
> Tcpbw100_msgs_pt_BR.properties
> Tcpbw100_msgs_ru_RU.properties

If you don't see these, there may have been a build problem with your 
JAR file.
