CCed, and the best place to talk about pS Performance Toolkit specific 
issues.

Note that the 3.2 release is still in candidate stage, and we are 
actively testing and fixing bugs before the final release.  If you need 
something stable, I would recommend staying with the 3.1.x release 
branch for now.  If you have some bugs to report from 3.2RC1, could you 
explain the exact problem?  We would be interested to see which specific 
localization you are having a problem with.

To answer your last question: yes, 3.2 has an upgrade script to migrate 
from 3.1.x.
