I feel like an idiot! .. it was a web directory permission problem!

This is a fairly new Ubuntu Server install

 

NDT 3.6.2b compiled with any problems; I just get this error..

 

“Can’t find bundle for base name Tcpbw100_msgs, locale en_US”
