ndt-users - Applet hangs out (NDT 3.6.0)

My English is not very good
i'll explain the situation as possible as i can
I install NDT 3.6.0 and the websit and applet worked
but applet always hangs on like the picture

it seems like that it doesn't complete all the work
so all the button are still in gray (can't use)
is it the bug of NDT 3.6.0?
or i did something wrong?
