Hi David;

Merlijn is correct, we moved the Internet2 performance software to a 
dedicated server and probably missed a couple of links.  I tried to 
clean up the main web site a little:

http://www.internet2.edu/performance/ndt/

This should now have proper downloads information, were you looking in 
any other locations that may not have been updated yet?
