Hi Jay;
There is a bug in the Web100 userland library that NDT tickles with IPv6 mapped addresses. Upgrade to ver 1.7 or I can send you a patch for the v1.6 series.

We have been running NDT for some time on an IPv4 Gentoo box. After upgrading the box to dual-stack operation we are having issues with the NDT server. When running with neither -4 or -6 options selected, we get good operation on IPv6 but IPv4 fails with a "protocol error" message.
With the -4 option IPv4 works but IPv6 returns the following:
TCP/Web100 Network Diagnostic Tool v5.5.1
click START to begin
Server process not running: start web100srv process on remote server ([<ipv6 server address>]:3001)
Suggestions? Hints? Clues?
