it also says the right email address to ask questions about NPAD is nettune at psc.edu.
I believe the results page also has many pointers (I believe represented as question marks) next to each point...
I also don't recall a summary like you're showing anywhere; the output of a typical NPAD test is pretty verbose (hmmm... perhaps unless you're using a command line tool; I haven't done that in a while).
