Hi Art;

I am the developer of the NDT software so I can answer this question.  At 
the present time vers 3.1.4a is the current release.  I am currently 
working on some new functions, but they aren't ready for a general release 
just yet.  The ANL server is acting as a test case, and I hope to release 
some new code in the near future.  I'll send an email out to the list when 
its ready.
