With regard to compiling the client by itself, I'm having the same
problem.  It looks to me as if some compilation rule was changed such
that web100srv.h is no longer properly included if you're not building
the web100 server.  Which makes sense--except for the fact that some
of the types defined in that file are also used by web100clt
