New issue 177 by : ./configure error web10srv library not  
found

When trying to compile the NDT3.6.5.2_web10g it will not find the  
userland-web10g-2.0.9 libarys

I have checked in /usr/local/include and it appears there is a folder call  
estats with the .h files in there.

but configure never finds them.

Anyway to fix this.
