Hi
I have commited changes on branch Issue129, where you can find new JS UI.
Now during tests there are two gauges displayed (for both 
download/upload speeds)
along with text field with RTT value (retrieved during middlebox test).
Gauges use information from server about maximum speed which client can 
achieve
due to buffer size and display it as red values on them.  This UI works 
with java applet
as background.
Feel free to review these changes.
