Final revision is r1009 (still on branch Issue125)

For now, by default fakewww is not build and ./configure says (if web100  
library is present):
* fakewww:      NO    (disabled by default)
if user use ./configure with --enable-fakewwww=no it says:
* fakewww:      "NO    (disabled by user)"
To enable fakewww, user should use --enable-fakewwww=yes
