I don't know about the HTML5 JS.

However, for the M-Lab sites, the ultimate goal is to have the flash client get the server name from mlab-ns.

However, I am waiting to have the flash policy files deployed on M-Lab servers, before I can push the mlab-ns integration change.

Jordan (in cc) is working on deploying the policy files.

"ndt" substring and only if not then phase is being set to upload (here is this code).
So currently it seems that flash client which is connecting by default to
"ndt.iupui.mlab1.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org" wouldn't be proceeded to upload phase.
Could someone explain me please what is the purpose of this condition?
