Since rev.901 you can sign java applet with given certificate during  
configure (--with-cert=<file> --with-alias=<alias>). Copying (buttons and  
ctrl+c) works with last Java version (after sign).

Last commit fix problem with disabled "Copy" button in "More Details"  
window. Also improve code by add separate copy function and change variable  
name).

Changes available on branch applet_55. Feel free to review.
