Comment #1 on issue 102 by : The Java client does  
not handle the wait flag "9977 - Server Fault".

The behaviour should be consistent in both Java and C client. However, this  
is a bigger issue than only missing 9977 support on the Java side. For  
example both clients support 9999 (which is not described on the wiki), but  
the current NDT server version is not sending 9977 nor 9999 in any case.  
Moreover, server is sending 9988 from several different places, but it  
should send 9977 from at least some of them.
