New issue 96 by : Meta test depends from the  
Middlebox test

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the ndt test without Middlebox test (i.e. with option --disablemid)
2. Check the meta results


Expected results:
The Meta test results filename should contain the client's hostname and  
port, for example:

20131115T10:27:56.371562000Z_localhost:41196.meta


Actual results:
The Meta test results filename is invalid:

20131115T10:27:56.371562000Z_:0.meta
