As before, I've built the new release and deployed it for testing here
as it would run on m-lab:
  http://ndt.iupui.mlab1.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org:7123

This host also has native IPv6, and the ndtd is listening:

 $ host ndt.iupui.mlab1.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org
 ndt.iupui.mlab1.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org has address 64.9.225.203
 ndt.iupui.mlab1.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org has IPv6 address
2604:ca00:f000:3::203

 $ host ndt.iupui.mlab1v6.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org
 ndt.iupui.mlab1v6.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org has IPv6 address
2604:ca00:f000:3::203

 $ host ndt.iupui.mlab1v4.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org
 ndt.iupui.mlab1v4.nuq0t.measurement-lab.org has address 64.9.225.203

Feel free to test against it.
