Hey Stephen,

There's not a specific release process currently, unfortunately. If someone was willing to build a new NDT tarball (with updated version number), and did some in depth testing, as well as having other folks test. I'd be okay with calling that the new release. This could be done as an -rc release for others to test until we were satisfied that it had been tested well enough.
