New issue 69 by : Server select()'s on wrong socket  
descriptor in s2c test (latest svn)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run ndt client and disable all tests except s2c

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
s2c test should run. Server fails to accept incoming connection from the  
client.

[root@machine3 2.6.35]# web100clt -n 172.20.1.2 --disablemid --disablesfw  
--disablec2s
Testing network path for configuration and performance problems  --  Using  
IPv4 address
Protocol error - missed start message!
S2C throughput test FAILED!
Protocol error - expected results!  got '', msgtype=2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest svn r796 - looks like this issue has been present since at least  
3.6.4.

Please provide any additional information below.
