The NDT system uses the fakewww server to handle web requests.  This server  
has a hard coded list of files it will return to the client.  The  
various .class and .properties files are installed in the NDT base  
directory (/usr/local/ndt by default) during the make install process.

1) did these files get installed?
2) what are the permissions on these files?
3) the fakewww server should be running as root, is it?
