Unfortunately I think the error messages you are seeing are a red herring.   
I was able to reproduce that they are appearing in the logs on my local  
test machine, but these did not prevent NDT from completing the test.

Could you run web100srv with -ddd, re-test with a client, and attach the  
subsequent results to this bug?
