Dear Colleagues,
The Call for Proposals for the Internet2 Spring Member Meeting, scheduled for May 2-5 in Arlington, VA has been extended to January 28th.
The Spring Member Meeting traditionally focuses on issues in advanced networking policy and highlights Internet2's partnerships among academia, industry, government and the international community. This year the Program Committee is seeking proposals that share a strategic view of advanced network priorities, highlight emerging application technologies and focus on collaborations with and among federal agencies, between the corporate community and higher education, and with international organizations. The topic areas of focus include: Advanced Application Technologies, Collaborations, Middleware, Network Planning and Engineering, Security for Advanced Networks and Teaching and Learning.
Additional information on the Spring 2005 Call for Proposals as well as the proposal submission form can be found at:http://events.internet2.edu/2005/spring-mm/callforproposals.html.
Please share this information widely with your campus and discipline colleagues, and consider submitting a proposal for the Internet2 Spring 2005 Member Meeting.
