Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Member Meeting Program Committee, I am pleased to announce that the Call for Proposals for the Spring 2005 Internet2 Member Meeting, scheduled for May 2 - 4, 2005 in Arlington, Virginia is now available for your response at:http://events.internet2.edu/2005/spring-mm/callforproposals.html
As has traditionally been the case in the past, the May, 2005 Spring Member Meeting will focus on issues in advanced networking policy and will highlight Internet2's partnerships among academia, industry, government and the international community. Specifically, the areas of concentration for the meeting will include Advanced Applications and Technologies, Collaborations, Middleware, Network Planning and Engineering, Security for Advanced Networks and Teaching and Learning. Explanations and examples of related topics are provided in the Call for Proposals text. As there will not be a separate call for demos, presentations that incorporate demos are encouraged.
The proposal submission form is provided in the Call and also at: http://events.internet2.edu/2005/spring-mm/proposalsubmissionform.cfm
Member Meetings afford the Internet2 community excellent opportunities to share innovations and ideas. Please consider submitting a proposal to present at the Spring 2005 Member Meeting and please redistribute this Call broadly throughout your organization.
Let me know if you have any questions and thanks in advance for your interest and submissions!
Best regards,
Marianne Smith, Chair
