Greetings,
We look forward to seeing you in Minneapolis on Monday! The Minority Serving - Cyberinfrastructure Consortium (MS-CC) is excited to have you participate in the Science DMZ workshop and the 2023 Technology Exchange Conference (TechEX23) at the Hilton Minneapolis located on 1001 Marquette Avenue Minneapolis, MN 55403.
Here is what you need to know in preparation for your week in Minneapolis.
Before Your Arrival in Minneapolis
You will have the opportunity to attend over 100 technical talks between Tuesday and Friday next week. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the full TechEX23 schedule here and start planning the sessions you are interested in attending. Internet2 recently published a blog post for first-time attendees that you could find helpful as you plan your participation next week.
Please also take a moment to review our health and safety guidelines, events code of conduct, and your signed copy of the MS-CC Travel Acceptance & Release form.
Important Note: When you check-in to your room at the Hilton Minneapolis, you will not be required to provide a credit card for incidental charges. Therefore, any incidental charges, such as wi-fi, meals, or other items available for purchase will be rejected by the hotel. Therefore, please do not attempt to charge any purchases to your room. Any purchases made during your time in Minneapolis should be charged to your personal bank card, in compliance with the MS-CC Travel Acceptance & Release agreement.
