We look forward to your participation and presentation at the 2024 Minority Serving - Cyberinfrastructure Consortium (MS-CC) Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C., from May 29-31, 2024.

 

Please find below some information to assist you in preparing for the meeting.

 

Presentation Guidelines

Please review our presentation guidelines. We provide guidance on how to prepare for your presentation, as well as what steps to follow to ensure we can properly process your presentation. NOTE: for panel presentations, one person should be designated as the point of contact for your presentation slides. If you do not know who the primary contact is for your panel presentation, please let me know as soon as possible.

 

Hotel Lodging 

If you require hotel accommodations, you must book your lodging by Wednesday, May 8 using this link. Please note that the hotel reservation website will ask you to provide a credit card on file at the time of reservation.

• Do you work or study at an HBCU or TCU? Presenters and annual meeting attendees from HBCUs and TCUs will have their May 29 (check-in) through May 31 (check-out) room and tax charged to the MS-CC account, provided they have completed the travel acceptance form. If you have completed the travel acceptance form prior to May 24, the credit card provided at the time of reservation will only be used by the hotel for incidentals, additional hotel nights, and no-show charges; there will be no charges posted to your credit card if you do not incur any of these additional expenses. 

 

• All other presenters and annual meeting attendees who are not from an HBCU or TCU will need to cover their own hotel lodging and incidental expenses. The room block rate of $289 + tax and fees per night is available through Wednesday, May 8.
