Pick up your name badge and meeting materials at the Registration Desk in the 300 Level Lobby. Welcome Reception - Member meeting attendees value the social networking and face-to-face interactions that take place during our meetings. The Welcome Reception on Monday evening, October 3, 6:00-7:30 PM, is a great way to share interests, launch informal collaborations, or renew existing ones. InfoTable - Stop by the InfoTable, located near Registration, to pick up copies of the latest infosheets. Presentations - If you are presenting at any session during the Fall 2011 Internet2 Member Meeting, please send an electronic version of your slides for posting to the event website to: Questions? Call for Program Committee Participation The Internet2 Member Meeting provides many opportunities for the exchange of information about new and on-going work in the member community. These opportunities are created by the work of the Internet2 Member Meeting Program Committee, which has responsibility for creating the main program at each meeting. The Program Committee is charged with developing the Call for Session Proposals and the subsequent review and selection of the final Member Meeting program. The Program Committee comprises member representatives from the Internet2 community. Please consider volunteering your time and sharing your expertise by joining the Internet2 Program Committee.
