Hi all,

Just a friendly reminder to join the Metaverse Working Group's monthly meeting today at 3:00 PM EST.  We will be meeting using the Engage platform, and you can find login and connection directions below.  Note that, if this is your first time using Engage, you may need additional time before the meeting to download all the platform updates and assets.

ENGAGE CONNECTION INFORMATION

1. Download/Update the Engage app from

Steam

 

 

 

2. Create an Engage account

 

These are free and can be set up from the login screen or via the Engage website: https://app.engagevr.io

 

If you want to upgrade to the pro account, you can get a 1 month free trial.  This will give access to all the features on the platform including allowing you to see all premium assets and visit premium locations.

 

3. Build your avatar

 

You can customise your avatar, then by taking a photo of your own face, you can upload the image to have your face wrapped onto the avatar. Click the below image for a video tutorial of this.

4. Pre-load rooms, IFX (3D models) and explore the functions of the site to be ready for the event.
